Our experience…

With nearly two decades of experience under his belt, Peter Dodd has a laser focus on Brisbane’s commercial property market.

He has worked for a number of multinational corporate real estate firms, starting as a cadet at CBRE, and spending the last four years as National Director Leasing Queensland at Cushman and Wakefield.

Peter has worked with major occupiers such as Australia Post, BHP, Sonic Health Care, Ground Probe and Australian Industry Trade College, as well as smaller independent and not-for-profit business.

Peter has a deep understanding of the needs and property lifecycle of occupiers and tenants. This experience and market knowledge allows him to assist occupiers to make informed decisions and ensure their real estate supports the day-to-day operations of their business.
